Peyton Manning is regarded as one of the best active quarterbacks in the NFL today. The painting was meant to reflect his rare ability of improvising his play calling at the line of scrimmage based on his defensive reads. I used a relatively narrow color palette but added highlights as if a spotlight were shown upon him this moment. Also, I wanted to capture his facial expression as he calls down the line a new play. The brushstrokes are relatively loose and simplified with much more focus given to the highlights.

Peyton's career is still being defined as the quarterback of the Indianaplois Colts but some achievements already would include the following:
