Title: Just Do It: Jordan  |  Limited Edition 50

The painting of Michael Jordan captures the flair and classic expression typical of his powerful dunks. I painted an almost theatrical background filled with streaming stage light and a lively, animated background as if Michael were on-stage performing before an enthralled, approving audience. His physical gifts were equally matched by a competitive intensity that allowed his name to be associated, and not hotly debated, as “the greatest… ever”. Words could not describe his performances although some tried:

» Magic Johnson said, "There's Michael Jordan and then there is the rest of us."

»  Larry Bird, following a playoff game where Jordan dropped 63 points on the Boston Celtics in just his second season, described: "God disguised as Michael Jordan”.
