I emphasized the power of his swing and follow-through with the background air following his swing in an expressionistic emphasis. I chose a simplifying color scheme of yellow, greens and gold hues to highlight the subject. His focus and intense expression seems oblivious to the the excitement and swirl around him. Alex is widely regarded as the best all around baseball player of his generation.
